General Overview

We have poured a lot of love into our home over the years, renovating much of it by hand to make it warm, inviting and unique. Lots of cozy places to sit and read, a shaded garden to enjoy morning coffee in the summer and plenty of room for large families. We even have a home gym in the garage and a camper trailer you're welcome to use for weekends away. We are in a great location only 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Perth.

The Space

Warm and inviting open pan living area with a galley kitchen. Large seperate lounge as well as a theatre room with internal bifold doors. 5 large bedrooms (one can be configured as a study if needed). Back bedroom has a loft bunk bed with wall mounted tv for the kids. The master bedroom has ensuite with double shower and walk in robe. Lots of storage cupboards and amenities. Garage converted to a gym with quality equipment. Second bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Outside is mostly shaded with a paved courtyard and dining area as well as a small grassed area and deck. There are plenty of toys and board games for the kids as well as seperate lounge area for the adults to relax.

Guest Access

Single story home with not steps to entry or back yard. Small step down from the back deck to the court yard. Ramp can be provided if needed.

Neighbourhood

5 minute drive to Mindarie Marina, Quinn's Beach and several shopping centres. One of the largest shopping centres in WA is a 10 minute drive with direct access to the freeway very close as well as public transport on the doorstep. Walking distance to multiple parks and playgrounds. Perth City is only 30 minutes by car or on the train and the suburb itself is a quiet and well cared for family area.

Getting to my home

Fly into Perth Airport and catch an Uber or hire car here. Approximately 40-45 minute drive. There is also a bus and train system from the airport that is easily accessible if needed.

Perth International and Domestic. 40-45 minute drive.

Getting Around

Potential to use our car pending insurance. We also have good bus services within 2 minute walk of our door. Train station is less than 5 minute drive and a little more than that on the bus. Train is a direct line into Perth City in 30 minutes. Home is walking distance to two local supermarkets and cycling distance or short bus ride to bigger shopping centres nearby if not driving. Highly recommend either using our car or hiring a car for your stay as Perth is quite spread out and the train line tends to cut through the centre of the city and outer suburbs.

Hello from sunny Perth! We are a family of 5 with two Mums, two teenage boys and an 18 month old little girl. We have a lovely home in the northern suburbs of Perth, 5 minutes away from beautiful beaches and easy access to town. We also have two very low maintenance cats however if needed, they can stay with family during swaps. We would love to share our home with you and give our children the opportunity to see a bit of the world. We have done house and farm sits before, we have police clearances and are very respectful. We are open to swaps pretty much anywhere that it's safe for us and our family dynamic - we have family in UK and would love to see Europe but we are very flexible and open to all offers, including other states in Australia.
