Few min walk to local shops with IGA, BWS, cafe, organic butcher. 2.4km to Pacific Fair 2.5km to North Burleigh 4.5km to Burleigh Heads 5km to Tallebudgera Creek 700m to Miami Aquatic centre 1km Pizzey Park sporting complex Lovely neighbours.

Getting to my home

South east corner of Mermaid Waters, closer to Nobby's Beach. Flat walk to Miami Beach, with Burleigh to the south (4.5km) and Mermaid Beach/ Broadbeach to the north (3.3km) Beautiful beaches all the way from Snapper Rocks to The Spit and Broadwater are all within an easy drive. Theme parks Movie World, Dream World, SeaWorld less than 24km. Pacific Fair 2.3km and Robina 5km away. Mel

We are a family of 4. My husband Damian is a firefighter and I (Mel) am a Chiropractor working in my own practice. We have a 15 year old daughter and 13 year old son. We are quite an active family, and enjoy lots of water activities, including sailing, boating, surfing, kayaking, swimming, as well as running and bike riding. We are very tidy and considerate. We are looking for house swaps, in a variety of locations, which will often coincide with sporting events for our kids.
