General overview

A three bedroom/2bath condo with direct elevator access in a 45 unit building. We are on the second floor, just above the pool. We use one bedroom for storage/office, so only two bedrooms available to use.

The space

This is a modern building occupied by Canadians, Americans and Mexicans. Very friendly and safe with security and gardens plus a new pool in the common areas. A very large balcony (40 square meters)

El Caloso, where we are located in a working class neighbourhood about a 15 minute walk inland from the ocean. Many restaurants and street food vendors within a ten minute walk.
