General Overview

7 day minimum stay please. This two bedroom, 2 bathroom (main + ensuite) home with kitchen, living and dining room areas is in the Fairfield area of Victoria BC. 15-20 min walk to downtown Victoria in a very walkable/bikable area with large trees and many heritage homes. 

Main bedroom has ensuite, second bedroom has cabinet bed and desk. Bikes are also available.

The Space

There is a galley style kitchen overseeing a spacious yard with large shade trees. There is an elegant dining room and living room area, two bedrooms on the main floor one with an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is a recroom/gym with big screen tv. The neighbourhood is beautiful with mature shade trees and walking distance to ammenities.

Guest Access

Access the front or side entrances using wide stairways (10 steps). Side entrance off kitchen has combination lock entry.

Notes

The area is very bike friendly and close to bike lanes. Government House gardens are a short walk away. 15 min walk to beaches, 20 walk to downtown Victoria.

Dave and Heather's home was perfect for spending time in the heart of Victoria, close to the downtown and the sea walks, but nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood with beautiful gardens, convenient shops, and an amazing farmers' market. The house is comfortable and cozy: we felt right at home and were welcomed with gifts of local flavors. They generously lent us their bikes for the nearby seaside trails. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
