Our ground floor apartment is in a quiet and family friendly area of Condesa in close proximity to public transportation. The apartment has the only private terrace in the entire building that is just off the kid's bedroom. We also employ a twice-weekly housekeeper to do all the deep cleaning and laundry. The weather stays a mild 70F(21C) most of the year.
