General overview
This is our first home, just purchased in early 2023. Though she be small, she is mighty - with all the charm and character of a house builit in 1915. Although it's an older house, it's been newly fitted-out with the ultimate in Minnesota status symbols - a fully furnished basement complete with a hidden bookshelf closet and a full sized bathroom.
It's a classic Minneapolis-style house with a big, fenced in bayhard and detached garage that opens into an alleyway where we have a lovely community of across-the-alleyway neighbors that will welcome you home with a smile and a wave.

Hi there! We're a family of four - Cath and myself (John) are in our late 30s and have two young kids, Finn and Frankie, aged 2.5 and 0.5.
Cath and I are an American/Aussie couple who met in the UK and recently bought our first home in South Minneapolis. We split our time between Minneapolis and Melbourne, where I own a small tourism business. The trans-pacitif commute can be a beast, but we use house-swaps to make it more manageable and affordable.
