The house is located in a quiet, friendly and residential area close to a river and a lake.

Only 3 minutes from the town centre of Rumilly but also from the cinema and shops.

But above all, 40 minutes from Lake Paladru, the 5th largest natural lake in France, as well as Lake Aiguebelette, only 20 minutes away (forbidden to combustion engines), ideal for paddle boarding.

If you come for skiing we are 35 minutes from the first ski resort Semnoz.

The house has a large living room of 40 m2 with a kitchen open to the living room.
In the living room you will find a 180 cm TV screen with a home cinema.

All rooms have a 160 x 200 cm bed.

The sofa bed in the living room can offer 2 additional extra beds. 

We have installed air conditioning ❄️❄️ because the summers are very hot in Haute Savoie. 

In the garden you will find a large terrace of 32 M2 equipped with a beautiful garden furniture, a bioclimatic pergolas, an American pellet barbecue and a plancha.
You will also find a brazier for those chilly evenings.
And a ping pong table for the joy of young and old.

At the bottom of the garden you will find a jacuzzi and an outdoor bar with TV, mini fridge etc....

The river is a 5 minute walk away for swimming and fishing. 

The lake of Rumilly is a 10-minute walk away where you can fish or play with your children in the games.

We are passionate about technology, so every room in the house has an Alexa, a large 160 cm TV with Netflix and Amazon prime.
We also have a ps5, a psvr2 virtual reality, an xbox series x and several other consoles available.

A small storage room upstairs where there are many board games.

I am a nanny so the house is filled with toys and childcare equipment, high chairs, toys, manual activities, outdoor games.

Sandra is passionate about cooking so you will have enough to make many Magimix dishes, rice cooker, pasta machine, fondue, raclette etc

Gregory is passionate about crossfit so a home gym has been installed in the garage.
Numerous weights, dumbbell bar, wallball and treadmill.
As well as an infrared sauna for recovery.
If you come in winter a cold bath is also installed on the terrace for sports recovery.

We provide bed linen and towels to allow you to travel light.

For cleaning, we can bring in a cleaning lady (for an additional fee of 100 euros) or you can do it yourself.

You can help out in the cupboards if necessary, as long as you replace it identically when you leave.

ONLY IN CASE OF RECIPROCAL EXCHANGE, we can lend our cars, a 5-seater Tesla Model 3 and a large 7-seater electric van, a Fiat e Ulysse.
