Neighbourhood
The people in the neighbourhood are from a variety of nationalities and ages. It is quiet as it is situated in a 'lotissement’ (sort of non-gated compound), with destination traffic only. There are lots of kids of various ages playing on the street outside the house. All us neighbors know each other and look out for each other (and of course have drinks together).

Getting Around
The house is in a small town, village like. It is therefore imperative to have a car. There are busses, but their schedule is once an hour to the nearest town.

We are a family of 2, my daughter and me. I am a humanitarian having worked all over the world. My daughter is becoming more and more French the longer we live here and we both love exploring new places.
