General overview

Our 95m2 house is ideal for a family of 4. Ideally located 45 minutes from Lyon, 10 minutes from Condrieu, the vineyards and at the foot of Pilat where many hikes are possible. Wine route, Peaugres safari, Saint Pierre de Boeuf nautical base and Viarhona here is an exhaustive list of activities to do near us! With us there are 3 bedrooms, ours with a double bed (2 small beds pushed together (they can be raised and lowered with a remote control). My son's bedroom with a 160x90 floor bed. and the bedroom of my daughter with a 200x90 bed. We also have a double sofa bed in the living room and another single sofa bed which is in the living room but can be moved to one of the children's bedrooms without any problem. We also have an additional 90x200 mattress that can be put on the floor in one of the bedrooms. We have a large garden with a large terrace and a small above-ground plastic swimming pool (with self-supporting tube) it's not very big, but we cool off there :). A significant detail, we have a cat that should be fed during your stay.
