General overview
From our house you can walk to 2 beaches. Drive to downtown New Haven within 10 minutes, NYC within 2 hours, and Boston is a 2.5 hour drive.
Our house is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the suburbs of Morris Cove neighborhood of New Haven, CT. Capable of sleeping 6.
1 bedroom has a king bed
The second bedroom has a Montessori style twin size floor bed. The third bedroom has a lofted twin size bed (a child's bed but can hold an adult as the weight limit is 400lbs).
The last bedroom is located downstairs in the finished basement and it contains a queen size bed, a punching bag, and some light dumbbells for your enjoyment
1 bathroom contains a bathtub and the second bathroom has a walk in shower. The laundry is located downstairs in the bathroom.
This is definitely a family house with a plethora of toys to play with. We can also provide our pack and play, car seats, and strollers.
The space
There is a small yard space. We currently have a small swing set outside

Neighbourhood
Beaches, parks, restaurants, bars. This is a quiet neighborhood. It is not the place to come if you're looking for a loud party; however, you can easily take the train into New York City or drive into New Haven.
Getting to my home
Airports- JFK, Hartford, Tweed
Accessible via Amtrak and Metro North
Nearest airport
Tweed is 5 minutes away. HARTFORD is 45 minutes and JFK is about an hour
Getting around
You will need to rent a car to get anywhere other than the beach. Uber is available, but Uber with car seat is not available here.
