It's a comfortable two-storey apartment on the second and third floor of a small three-floor building in the quiet but vibrant Oud-Charlois neighborhood. Many artists live here, and there are art spaces, an art bookstore and a yoga studio nearby. You can reach downtown in 15 minutes by bike through the tunnel that goes under the river Maas. You can explore the almost fully automated port on foot. Rotterdam is an interesting, cosmopolitan city, but also a great base to explore Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, all easily accessible by train in about half an hour from the central station (twenty minutes away by bike, but also reachable by bus).
Up to four people can comfortably sleep here (there are two bedrooms and two double beds. Musicians are welcome to use my instruments. The space is great for artists and writers, peaceful and inspiring. The south-facing balcony is perfect for breakfast.

People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
