General Overview

We fell in love with our apartment as soon as we saw it being built during the pandemic. It is close to the ferry, the best way to travel in my opinion, and serene bring next to the east river and parks in every direction. The apartment was new when we moved in, we were stuck at home for our first winter with a newborn and felt cozy and connected with the floor to ceiling wrap around windows. In the summer we enjoy aperitivo and digestivo on our balcony watching the sunset over Manhattan. The apartment is spacious, modern and minimal, also bring dog and child friendly.
