General Overview

Our beautifully renovated family beach house is located 2km from the Ocean Grove main beach and walking distance to all local shops and cafes. Our house backs onto a nature reserve and park, with spare blocks either side of our house making it a private sanctuary. Our house is split over 3 levels: Downstairs has 1xQB with ensuite and large kitchenette and living area. The second story has 1xKB (master), 1 DB Bunk (with 1x SB up top) and 1x Nursery with cot. A fully renovated bathroom (with bath) and laundry are also on this level. The third level boasts a beautiful light filled open living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, opening out to an expansive deck overlooking our garden with glimpse of the ocean. The fire place creates a very inviting space to relax as a family. The backyard has an open fire pit, a large double story cubby house and a chook pen with 3 friendly layers. A brand new mega kids park has recently been completed in the reserve backing onto our house. Directly opposite our house is the Ocean Grove sports precinct with football and soccer ovals, a large indoor aquatic and basketball centre and skatepark.
