General overview
We are located in an exciting, bustling inner city area with many excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and within walking distance to the CBD, Central station, Hyde Park and Circular Quay. The bus stop for the city, Bondi Jctn, and Marrickville are opposite and the light rail City to Randwick is 10 min walk.
The space
This is a reasonably sized one bedroom apartment with a king size bed, a separate laundry, bathroom and sitting area. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The apartment is on the second floor of a small secure building with just 3 apartments, so if we are not here there will be just one other person in the building. There is no lift. You will have access to the rooftop where there is a garden, table and chairs.
