General overview

In a Beautiful & Friendly Gated Golf community with 24hr Security Guard, Indian Springs is one of the most popular golf courses in the Palm Springs area. Big Rock Pub at the Clubhouse has fabulous live music every night of the week, great food, and great sunset views of the Coachella Valley. Downtown Palm Deserts El Paseo shopping district is the Rodeo Drive of the desert with wonderful restaurants and shops. Downtown Palm Springs is 25 minutes west, and there are 5 Casinos with world class Concerts & Entertainment within 15 miles. My 3 bedroom/2 bath home built in 2003 has 1600 square feet, high ceilings, travertine floors, and a private hot tub in the peaceful backyard lined with hibiscus and plumeria. Relax in the teak loungers for breakfast by the rock waterfall, or enjoy happy hour under the string patio lights with the fireglass table. The fabulous community pool, spa, fitness center is also directly across from my home and the house is stocked with pool loungers, floaties, noodles, and towels. La Quinta/Indio and the entire Palm Desert area is beautiful October through May, June - Sept are the HOT MONTHS over 100 degrees but the pool is refreshing and the golf is under $40 USD then. www.indianspringsgc.com
