General Overview

Our home is conveniently located in downtown Charleston, SC directly across the street from a beautiful park. It's within blocks of many amazing restaurants, 15 minutes to the historic district, and 25 minutes to the beaches.

The Space

The downstairs open floor plan allows for entertaining in the living room and full kitchen. Leaving that room takes you to the den, which is a comfortable room for watching TV. That room leads directly out to the covered back porch and carefully groomed gated backyard. There is a full size bathroom with a shower and a powder room on the first floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower and an outside porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has a full-size bed. There are two full-size bathrooms on the second floor.

That house is elevated off the ground by five steps. The house is two-stories with the bedrooms being on the 2nd floor.

Neighbourhood

Wagner Terrace neighborhood is the best place for families to stay in downtown Charleston. The property is minutes away from the Charleston scene. But it is quiet, there are plenty of places to park, plenty of places to run, plenty of places to see beautiful sunsets, and two amazing parks. One of which is directly across the street.
