General overview

Brand new home, lived in less than a year. European, eclectic decor, featuring artwork and plants. Located in Greenville, Texas, one hour northeast of Dallas. Close to waterparks, a new lagoon, Universal Studios (coming soon), shopping and a family ranch 20 minutes away. Three comfortable bedrooms, rain showers, stocked, modern kitchen with light up cabinets.

The space

Romantic iron canopy bed in the master bedroom with own bath/shower. Small back yard with 12X12 storage shed. Safe quiet neighborhood close to downtown Greenville pubs and shops, coffee house and antique mall. The decor is an eclectic mix of travel treasure ranging from midcentury, modern to antiques. New appliances and hot/cold thermostat, remote control regulated ceiling fans in most rooms.

Guest access

There are three bedrooms and two full baths, each with showers and one tub. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Locking front and rear doors.

DFW airport is an hour to an hour and a half away, depending on time and traffic.

I recommend a rental car or making arrangements to use my personal vehicle with proper insurance coverage.
