General overview
We are centrally located in Denver, walkable to great restaurants, and short drives to both downtown Denver and Aurora. Our apartment building features a pool, BBQ grills, gym, laundry, and a roof deck with a 360 degree view of Denver, Aurora, and the Rocky Mountains.
The space
2 bedroom, 1 bath with a living area, kitchen, and balcony. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom/office has a full size day bed. The living area features a wood burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV with Roku apps, and a dining area that opens to our large balcony (with mountain views)!
Guest access
Our apartment is on the 4th floor, with elevator and stairs access. Our building and apartment use keyless entries.

Neighbourhood
Our apartment is located next to City Park, home to some great attractions like the Denver Zoo and The Natural Science Museum. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, and great neighborhoods like RINO, Five Points, Downtown, Highlands, and South Broadway are a short drive away.
Getting to my home
From the Denver airport, it's about a 30 minute drive to our place.
Alternatively, there is a train from the airport (A-line towards Union Station) that stops at 40th and Colorado and costs $10.50. From the 40th and Colorado A-line stop, it's a short ride share down Colorado to our place.
