General overview

My house is in Cancun, residential Jardines del Sur 5 . It’s has security checkpoint 24/7 Kids playground Swimming pool And barbecue area.

The space

House has 3 floors and 4 bathrooms , each room has bathroom and shower, high speed wifi . We have small backyard and terrace on the 3rd floor . Actually, it’s out second house , so we stay there maybe 10 days per month.

Guest access

It has 3 floors and stairs . Can be little dangerous for kids less than 3 years old. Bit our kid grew up here and he didn’t fell down from stairs . So … depends )

  • Iiulia's house is very spacious and located in a very safe area of Cancun, about 20mn from the hotel zone with beautiful white sandy beaches. My kids made several friends at the residence's pool which is equipped with a BBQ to chill at the end of a day.

Yuliya Im Ukrainian but I live in Mexico 6 years. That’s why I also speak Spanish , Ukrainian, Russian and English. I have 5 years old son.
