General overview

Sub- tropical, resort style , totally private near Rainbow Falls and the Rainbow Falls walking track down to the Stone Store. 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house. The 2 main bedrooms have shower/toilet en-suite . One of these rooms is a self contained unit with a deck, fridge, toaster and coffee/tea making facilities. The 4th bedroom is currently used as a tv/games room and has a brand new king size sofa bed.

The space

The house has a very zen, sub tropical feel with a relaxing, peaceful and quiet environment to enjoy life in Northland. Recently renovated with new kitchen, appliances, carpet and furniture. All new beds with luxury linen. Brand new sofa bed and sofa in main living room.

Neighbourhood

Close to the amenities of Kerikeri & Waipapa for restaurants/cafes, supermarkets etc, but a great base to explore Paihia/Russell and all the beaches of Northland and south to the Tutukaka Coast and over to the West Coast of Northland etc. Also, very popular for families to come for a term or longer, as the local schools (1 private, 1 public), host international students with options for surfing or sailing.
