General Overview

The house was built in 2007 and is located in a quiet dead-end street with beautiful views on the surrounding mountains. It is half way between Lake Geneva and the mountains, less than 3 km from the ski slopes, 15 min from the thermal city of Evian les Bains (known for its spring water and a renowned golf course), 1/2 hour from the world class cross border ski area of Les Portes du Soleil. Plenty of hikes, mountain bike trails, 2 equestrian centers, rafting on the Dranse River, rock climbing etc... You will be 55 km from Geneva, 1h30 drive to the Italian border, Chamonix, Annecy

The Space

2 story house with a basement. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fireplace, open space kitchen, a large bedroom with a king size bed and a shower room. There 2 small bedrooms (with queen size beds), a bathroom, a living room with a stove, a pool table and a balcony. 2 TVs (55 and 65 inches), High speed internet by satellite
