Beautiful recently renovated NYC apartment with large open floorplan, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1500 square feet!
The space
We live in a beautiful pre-war building near Columbia University. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019, so everything is new. The layout is amazing--a huge common space with full kitchen, dining area, living area, and 2 desks. Lots of light and big windows. The master bedroom is huge with an elliptical machine in addition to a king sized bed and a huge bathroom en suite. The second bedroom is smaller, with a queen size bed, and the second bathroom is also beautiful with a bath/shower. The couch also opens up to a queen sleeper. We are less than a block from the 1 subway line.

The Upper West Side of Manhattan is amazing--we are a block from Riverside Park, walking distance to Central Park--everything in NYC is at your fingertips! We are less than a block from the 1 subway line.

LaGuardia is the closest airport, and you can take a bus to one block from the apartment. There are trains to JFK and Newark (both are easy to get to).
Getting around
Walking, subway, bus, taxi...we are right in Manhattan!
