General overview
We have a family friendly home with a beautiful deck and yard. One mile to the cute Village of Fairport along the Erie canal that offers lots of biking and kayaking, and many restaurants. 20 minutes to Lake Ontario beaches and a hour to the world renowned Finger Lakes wineries.
The space
Private, park like backyard with a wide variety of birds, and even a fox! Newly updated eat-in kitchen that overlooks the backyard. There are two living rooms, both with comfy couches to relax. Also downstairs, is a half bath. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, and 2 baths. The basement has a laundry space and is full
of toys for the kids. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Two floors and a basement. All bedrooms on the second floor.
Notes
2 adult bikes and two childrens bikes for your use, as well as two kayaks, a firepit and firewood.
A car may be available as well.

Getting to my home
The best way to get to our home is driving. While you may fly into the Rochester International Airport, a car will be needed.
Nearest airport
The Rochester International Airport is the closest airport, less that 25 minutes away.
Getting around
The Village of Fairport sits right on the historic Erie Canal and is pedestrian and bike friendly. The Erie Canal Tow Path is great for bike rides, walks or runs. Outside the village, however, transportation by car is best. The area is supported by ride-share companies so getting a ride is not usually a problem.
