General overview
Well-maintained chalet, beautiful terrace, not overlooked, garden, in a very accessible mountain village (10 minutes from the A40).
The space
*At level 1 there is 1 entrance, 2 double bedrooms 160, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom and 1 laundry room. * On level 2 there is living room + dining room + kitchen in the same open space + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet + 1 condemned room (small office full of mess)
*On level 3 there is 1 double bedroom in 140 and the mezzanine with 1 bed in 90 and 1 bed in 160
Guest access
*small spiral staircase between levels (chalet on 3 levels), not recommended for children under 3 years old;
*exterior staircase more convenient to reach the terrace which is on level 2

*approximately 45' away: Geneva and its lake, Chamonix and the Aiguille du Midi, the cable car crossing the Mer de Glace, Annecy pearl of the Alps... and the start of dream hikes in the Giffre valley, in the Aravis (which you can see from the chalet), in the Aiguilles Rouge massif, etc.
Getting to my home
*By plane from Geneva or Lyon. possibility of bus or train to reach Cluses from the airport. There are then buses to Arâches if the schedules stick.
*By road, A40 to Cluses, exit 19 + 10 minutes of small bends, no more, to climb high, and cool! The road is wide and pleasant to climb.

*Bus 200 m from the chalet, to go either up (Les Carroz and Flaine) or down (Cluses)
