Single-family homes neighbourhood with minimal traffic, and plenty of street parking. Fully fenced backyard. Bus transit is a 5-10 minute walk.
Nearest airport
Vancouver International Airport is a 45 minute drive (depending on traffic) across Vancouver, or 45 minutes by transit.
Getting Around
There are no less than 4 large grocery stores in less than 1 kilometre. Good shopping is easily within walking distance of 15 minutes. The major commercial strip with pubs, micro-breweries, shopping and transit to anywhere is 5-10 minutes (5 blocks) walk away. There are also e-bike depots (EVO) scattered throughout the North Shore with pay as you go. Public libraries and hospital are also within 2kms.
