General Overview

We have a uniquely designed home to look like a barn. It will remind you of country living but with the awesome amenities around it. The Barn backs the Golf Course overlooking beautiful Bear Lake. Bear Lake is better know as the Caribbean of the Rockies, known for it's brilliant blue waters! Our home is one mile from Bear Lake with private beach access through our membership to Ideal Beach Resort. Come enjoy all the Bear Lake activities (boating, paddle board, kayaking, snorkeling, plus the amenities of Ideal Beach having pools and hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and miniature golf course. Many Mom and Pop restaurants to enjoy our famous Rasberry Shakes. Plenty of outdoors with the mountains right behind us.

The Space

Main Floor: You walk in to an open space with the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two Full Beds Full Bathroom Half Bathroom Laundry Room Upstairs: Open Office with Desk Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Full Bed, Trundle Bunk bed Full Bathroom Downstairs: You walk in to an open space with the Family Room, and Pool Table, and Ping-pong Table. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Two sets of Bunk beds Full Bathroom

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the property. We back the beautiful Bear Lake golf course. Our property also has access to Ideal Beach Resort and their amenities. During the summer months you will have access to their Resort pool and hottub, tennis and pickleball courts, private beach on Bear Lake, Clubhouse and store. During the winter you still have access to go down to the lake and enjoy their private beach. Most winters the lake freezes over and their are people ice fishing. They typically keep their hot tub open year-round for guests.

Matthew

We are a family of eight, kids ranging from four to teenagers. We love to be adventurous and especially love the beach. Kids love to snorkel and dad loves to scuba dive and enjoy the beach! We would love to share our home and it's adventures with your family!
