The plunge pool is lovely October to March. Close to beach, creek, rainforest and nearby markets on the beautiful southern end of Queenslands Gold Coast.
The space
Two storey new residence. Three timber steps to the large front door and 18 steps to the first floor.
One of the four bedrooms is located downstairs with a powder room.
Main bathroom and three other bedrooms are upstairs. One has two singles but can be joined to make a King bed. The Master bedroom has a small balcony, large sliding door and ensuite with shower.
Downstairs is a large open plan area designed for the tropical climate. A large lounge room, adjacent dining space and massive kitchen. An outdoor covered patio is adjacent to the kitchen, with BBQ, outdoor dining and a swinging chair.
Small inground pool (not heated).
A small grassed fully fenced area with landscaped gardens.
Guest access
Three steps to the front door as you enter the house. A large 18 step stair case to the first floor internally.
Main bathroom is upstairs as well as ensuite.
Downstairs contains a powder room (no shower or bath).

Neighbourhood
I live in a popular southern Gold Coast suburb surrounded by other residential homes. We are close to many surf beaches, well known Tallebudgera Creek and Burleigh Heads National Park, a large open oval, rainforest, many beautiful places to walk, local markets and many restaurants.
Getting to my home
Flying to Gold Coast Airport is the closest airport by air. A 15 minute Uber / taxi or hire car trip and you will reach our front door.
If you were flying from overseas, most international flights arrive into Brisbane (BNE) which is 1.30-2 hours north by car. You would need to hire a car and I would recommend this so you can enjoy all the area has to offer.

Getting around
Groceries - there is a local shopping centre 850 metres (11 mins by foot & 3 mins by car). Containing supermarket, fruit shop, butcher, Alcohol (BWS), Chemist, GP, best organic health food shop with cafe etc.
We have 2-3 bikes available to use. The nearest beach is at the end of 19th Avenue and 7 mins by bike, 4 mins by car.
Depending on the swap a car may be available.
