The space
Cosy Cottage blends a quaint heritage listed facade complete with white picket fence with beautifully reimagined interior architecture.
Built as a workers cottage in 1890, no expense was spared in its recent renovation with high quality European appliances, wood lined ceilings, and delightful designed features throughout the home to ensure a comfortable stay.
The full sized kitchen offers gas cooking, full sized oven plus a microwave/convection oven, fridge, coffee pod machine, stove top and all your cookware essentials for a night-in for up to 4 people in the formal dining room or eat alfresco in the courtyard.
For entertainment enjoy free wi-fi and a smart TV for streaming your own Netflix or streaming account.

Note. Each stay I use a professional cleaner to clean the whole home and do the linens. This is around $120 that I pass on to the guest. However. If caring for the kitties I’ll absorb the cleaning cost.
1. With neighbours in close proximity this is not accommodation for people looking to party into the night. This is strictly not a home for gatherings .). Quiet hours for outdoors are 9pm-8am.
2. The home is not suitable for children or guests with mobility limitations due to the bedrooms being upstairs.
3. There is no parking on the premises. There is street parking but can be challenging on Saturday evenings but you will wheats find a spot within 5 minute walk of the home. Please note that while it is free in some spots it may be timed. With transport so close you wont need a car. :-)
4. The second bedroom has louvered windows with a blind that overlook the dining area so doesn't offer the full noise privacy a standard walled bedroom has.
5. The home is very compact. Photos may make the rooms look bigger than in reality.
6. There is a security camera facing the street. It is motion operated.

Erskineville enjoyes a position in the centre of Sydney’s most eclectic and intriguing suburbs.
Only moments away from its big abd brash brother Newtown and the parks and cafes of Alexandria you are spoilt for choice… and all within walking distance.
Getting to my home
If travelling from the airport a taxi or Uber would be the easiest and cheapest if there are two or more passengers.
The rest of your visit public transport is very close and easy.

Parking passes can be arranged in advance.
Cosy Cottage is only a 5 minute walk from the train station. This provides a vary fast trip to the CBD
