The Space

Bright home with lots of windows and natural light.

Home has central air cooling and heating, sprinkler system on a timer, and weekly lawn service on Thursdays. Backyard is nicely landscaped and is extra large for the neighborhood with plenty of space for kids to play.

First floor Room #1 has a ensuite and a king-size bed. 

Three bedrooms upstairs with a common full bath. Room #2 has two twin beds and a tv. Room #3 has a queen bed and a tv. Room #4 has a full bed.

Second floor game room has a tv, pool table, game table, dart board. There is a large selection of card and board games to choose from.

Kitchen is well-stocked with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and appliances, ice and water on door of refrigerator, and in-sink disposal.

Home has wifi, cable, Amazon stick, and several viewing apps available. There are two televisions downstairs and two upstairs.

We are a cat family. Archie and Phoebe are four yrs old and litter siblings. Persephone is a Persian age 11. They are sweet and people friendly. When you choose our home for exchange, you agree to feed and care for the three kitties (low maintenance).

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood has a swimming pool with key cards you can use to access located in a near-by area (it is in a separate neighborhood managed by the same homeowners association). There is a children's splashpad and park in another close-by neighborhood we may use as well. Both of these will require traveling to by car.

Getting to my home

You will need to arrange transportation via "on-demand" or rent a vehicle.

Nearest airport

IAH is the closet airport and is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic.

Getting Around

There are many stores very close and nearby for groceries, fast food, restaurants, shopping. All will require a car for transportation.

Within one hour drive around Houston, you can access Galveston Island and beaches, Lake Conroe, Clear Lake, and Lake Livingston, Space Center Houston and NASA, Astros baseball and Texans Football, Houston Rockets and Comets basketball, waterparks, many shopping malls including the Galleria, fine and casual dining, and so much more!
