General overview
24/7 gorgeous bay views! Enjoy the vistas from the family room, dining area and kitchen - the wall of windows bring the outside, in. Raised deck is great for sunning, dining and hanging out. Lower screened patio is shady and nice on a day when the bugs decide to visit. One king bedroom and one twin bedroom, and one bath with tiled shower. Living area is all on one floor (2nd floor), with stairs and also a stair-lift chair. Quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Kayaks available for your use, and the dock is great for fishing, crabbing and swimming. Bay kayaking/swimming is right outside your back door, ocean beaches are 35 minutes away, Atlantic City casinos are 35 minutes away, Philadelphia is one hour away, New York City is 2 hours away, and state forest is 10 minutes away. A great vacation spot!
The space
This is our primary home. We have one beautiful king bedroom and a cute room with twin beds for you to use, as well as a bath with with tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, dishwasher and microwave. There are two living areas - one which overlooks the beautiful bay views, and another at the front of the house. A dining area is included in the open concept kitchen/living/dining area. Accessibility: the front entrance is at ground level. Once inside the front door, an electric stair-chair is available to take guests to the 2nd floor living area. There is no living area on the ground floor. The outdoor upper deck requires 2 steps down from inside the house.
Guest access
All living is on the 2nd floor (below is garage and storage), accessed by stairs or electric stair-lift chair.
Notes
We will be closing off one bedroom, the office and the storage portion of the garage.

Neighbourhood
It is a quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. Homes are quite close together, but living here is all done at the back of the house by the water, which is very private due to the nature of the lot. In the warm weather there are boats going by often. We have 5 casusal restaurants within 1 mile walking distance, and many more by car. Grocery shopping is 5 miles away. A car is necessary here.
Getting to my home
The nearest airport is Atlantic City, but tickets are less expensive if you fly to Philadelphia, PA or Newark, NJ. A car is necessary to get around, as it is a suburban environment. (There are busses, but I am not familiar with them.) To go to NYC, most people drive to Metropark Station in Iselin, NJ and take the train in.

A car is necessary here, as it is a suburban environment. There are a few restaurants and stores that are a 1-mile walk, but other than that, a car is necessary.
