General Overview

This is a beautiful 1920's home that has been fully remodeled...it is found on a lovely, quiet, but super central street in Fernwood (The BEST neighborhood in Victoria!) It is a short walk to downtown and the inner harbor...a few minutes to the centre of Fernwood and it's charming square, pub, theaters, great restaurants. ⭐️⭐️

The Space

This is a lovely remodeled 1920's Bungalow, all updated and open concept. Two rooms on the main floor and a really cool converted attic bedroom up some very cool stairs...one step for each foot! There's a bathroom in the bedroom upstairs, with a bathtub. How they got it up there is a mystery. A wonderful kitchen for cooking in, granite countertops, all you need for entertaining and feeding those you love. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, a deck off the back of the house with space for eating outside, a view of the mountains. There is a lovely garden and our home is on the sweetest street in truly the most charming neighborhood in Victoria. It's so peaceful but also welcoming and you can walk to several cute cafes and Fernwood Square in 7 minutes. The ocean is close in almost every direction, being that we are on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. You will love the city!

2 floors, the stairs to get to the upstairs bedroom are best for agile adults. Not for little babies or elderly people. Just to be safe. One step for each foot:)
