General overview

We are fortunate to live on the edge of both some beautiful towns and villages as well as next to the Cotswold countryside. Our property is well placed in between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud and easily accessed just off the M5. Our home is in a quiet housing estate in a cul de sac, just off the main road. We are also near to the Cotswold Way path, as well as very close to the Coopers Hill Cheese Rolling Hill! The annexe has all that you need, a well thought out living and sleeping spaces with ample parking.

The space

There is a main bedroom upstairs with cupboards spaces, hanging rail and bedside cabinets. There is a sofa bed downstairs in the main living space. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster and microwave. Ther is also a fridge and small freezer. The bathroom has a well sized bath. The shower is soon to be upgraded as currently has low water pressure so a very slow flow out of it and not great experience!

Guest access

The upstairs bedroom has restricted height as it is in the eaves of the building. The bedroom is also up stairs.
