General overview

Our comfortable character home is in a friendly quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours. We are close to the iconic Cook Street Village and within easy walking distance of the ocean, Beacon Hill Park. Dallas Road, the Inner Harbour and downtown Victoria. There are numerous grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants etc nearby. There is a famous bustling local street market every Saturday known as the Moss Street Market just around the corner from our house. We are within half a block of bike lanes that will take you safely into town or beyond to Sooke and Sidney along the Lochside and Galloping Goose trails.

The space

There are two bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room, dining room and kitchen on the main floor. There is an additional lounge and bathroom downstairs plus laundary and access to the back yard. There is a sunny deck with BBQ and a large open back yard.

Guest access

There are stairs both to the front and rear of the house. Parking is on a driveway or on the street.

Please note the house includes a seperate self contained one bedroom suite currently occupied by delightful long term tenants.
