The Sindelfingen pool is a 15 minute walk up the hill for excellent children’s splash pads, pools (seasonal indoor and outdoor), playground, water slides, and lap pool. The downtown Sindelfingen village is a 25 minute walk through green space and the park, with options to stop at two playgrounds and a Biergarten on the way. The village square holds markets most Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (seasonal). There are a multitude of paved bike/pedestrian paths (2 adult bikes, 2 adult push scooters, and 1 child push scooter available to you) in the surrounding forest with biergartens hidden throughout. On Sundays (seasonal), there is a small steam train that runs through a portion of the park- fun for adults and kids, alike!
Car enthusiasts love the Porsche Museum and Mercedes-Benz Museum, both less than a 30 minute drive. There are fields nearby filled with strawberries and raspberries for picking (paid, seasonal).
