General Overview

For those with allergies or sensitivities, our home has been TOTALLY PET FREE AND SMOKE FREE since it was built in 2014 if you need (or prefer) a pet and/or smoke free environment. All people in your exchange party must be non smokers. We have an attached villa in a gated community. All of our amenities (3-4 minute walk) are FREE for the use of the exchangers. There is a lagoon style zero entry POOL (heated during winter), HOT TUB, full FITNESS CENTER, POOL TABLE, TENNIS COURT, PICKLE BALL COURT, and BOCCE BALL COURT. Less than 3 miles away is Siesta Key Beach with its powder white sand made of quartz which never gets hot to walk on. This beach was named the #1 Beach in the USA twice in recent years. There is a restaurant here, playground and beach volleyball courts. Also less than 3 miles away is Turtle Beach. Both are public beaches with lots of free parking and restrooms. There are numerous beaches (also public and free) on the barrier islands that stretch for miles from Anna Maria Island to Casey Key. Sunbathe, swim, snorkel, go shelling, bird watch, spot dolphins or watch the sun set into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with a (plastic) glass of wine. Alcoholic beverages are permitted on Sarasota County public beaches but no glass. WE ALSO HAVE A GLOBE TO SPEND AND ARE HAPPY TO RECEIVE OFFERS 😊

The Space

Our home is light and bright with a covered, screened lanai facing west for great bird watching on our little lake, morning coffee or awesome sunsets. Throw a steak on the natural gas grill (gas supplied by a pipe so you never run out) and enjoy a glass of wine. The den and living room EACH have a large TV with YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Britbox. There is also plenty of indoor and outdoor space at our Amenity Center for you to read or relax poolside. We have a beach cart for hauling everything to your spot on the sand...coolers, umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs. We offer 2 air mattress if you have a need for separate beds.

Guest Access

All on the ground floor...just one small step to enter. The community is gated and we give you a card to access the gate and all of the amenities.
