General Overview

We are in a rural area close to a regional town Albury/Wodonga. We live in a small community and our house would suit someone who is hiring a car and travelling as no public transport is available. Our house is 4 years old and caters for our family and grandchildren well. It has an open plan living with beautiful views of the lake inside and out on the balcony. You can walk across the road to lake Hume and walk by the water, or have a swim!

The Space

We have 4 bedrooms available- two straight bedrooms, one with a desk area and one with two sets of bunks. Large kitchen area and living area. Outside we are on 1.6 acres, so have plenty of space and we have a few chickens in a coupe.

Guest Access

The front door is ramped and back door has two steps. The house is all one level.

Neighbourhood

The town describes its area as peninsula paradise. We are a small village with about 300 people. Very relaxing with beautiful lake walks.

Getting to my home

There is a local airport Albury. It has regular flights to and from Melbourne and Sydney. There are major highways if you are road tripping from Melbourne or Sydney. You will need to hire a car as no public transport is available if you fly in.

Nearest airport

Albury Airport is 15 minutes away.

Getting Around

You will need to hire a car to get around. Cafes are 5 minutes drive and regional town is 15 minutes drive.
