General overview
An open plan, comfortable abode with a lovely green outlook to a small private garden. Great new kitchen and relaxed living style. Walking distance to the city, ferry and other amenities. Bus stop for public transport to the City is 50 metres from the gate.
The space
There are 2 Queen size bedrooms with own bathrooms, a 3rd bedroom we use as an office. 2 private courtyards that are connected to a lovely, easy care private garden.
The living area is on street level and has a new kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area with a balcony (and BBQ with rotisserie) overlooking the garden.
The unit is one of 4, quiet with lovely young friendly neighbours. It is a small gated community so is safe and secure.
Garage access via internal door.
Guest access
2 floors, bedrooms downstairs via an internal staircase to the garden level.
Notes
There is public transport very close by, a bus to the city, river ferries are less than 10 mins walk, or walking to the city takes around 35 to 40 minutes.
Mowbray Park is a few minutes walk, this has great city views and access to the water ferries in both directions.
Easy to get to the Gold Coast for great beaches and amusement parks, or north to the Sunshine Coast.
Brisbane has a humid sub tropical climate with year round warm to hot temperatures. The winter from June to August, is mild and rarely drops below 20 deg C during the day.
Occasionally in summer the temperature can reach 35 deg C or more, however the average maximum is 30 deg - is a consistently beautiful temperature.

It's a quiet, residential neighbourhood, with parks and walks close by. 5 minutes walk to a supermarket, cafes and restaurants (even a micro brewery), Post Office and swimming pool complex.
Getting to my home
If by Airport, probably first time we'd suggest a Taxi, but you can catch the airport train into the CBD then catch a bus from there.

Airport is about 15 minutes drive.
Getting around
Walking or public transport is easy. Also may be willing to car swap if wanted.
