General Overview

Its a charming weatherboard home close to the ocean and its appeal is a front verandah that looks over the moonah trees in the front garden and the protected back garden - a haven for birds feeding on the the flourishing indigenous plants. The main living area has windows back and front looking over the native garden. with 3 1/2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A cosy study with sofa bed for that extra guest , a kids bunk room with double bunk- double lower and single upper plus a single bed in 1 room. another bedroom with queen size bed a master bedroom with en suite and separate toilet. The sound of the ocean is what I love and being able to walk to the ocean surf beach to swim or just walk.
