Neighbourhood

We are 4 blocks East of CSU and 287, and only 2 blocks south of Mulberry. Very quick access to I-25. Only a 15 minute walk or a quick Uber ride to Old Town where there are tons of great restaurants and shops (we share our favorites with you upon arrival). Things are very walkable but renting a car is recommended if you are wanting to take further trips.
