General Overview

Home is situated in a sleepy, community-oriented neighborhood of San Diego on a lovely canyon. Close to SDSU and 10-15 minutes from beaches, balboa park, the zoo, downtown, and other top SD spots. Currently, we have a school-aged child and another baby on the way so we are primarily looking for long weekend exchanges within a short flight and exchanges over holiday breaks. With passport backups, we can only exchange internationally once we can secure a passport for the new baby. Ideal destinations: Fall/Winter/Spring 2023 - Mountain Towns, OR, WA, UT, CO and PR Summer 2024 - Anywhere international, avoiding locations over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Anywhere on/near a swimmable lake, Banff area of Canada.

The Space

2 bed plus fully equipped office. 1 bed with king sized bed, 1 bed with full sized bed.

About to have new baby so looking for US based exchanges while on maternity leave (Sept through December).

Neighbourhood

San Diego suburb that is a short drive to many of San Diego’s hottest spot. My neighborhood is a family/community centered area that is clean, private, and friendly. Not walkable, unfortunately.

15 min from the airport and close to all major SD highways especially the 8 and 15z

San Diego international 15 minute drive

Getting Around

2-3 miles from North Park, university heights, and Kensington- all very hot hip walkable towns. 10 ish miles from beaches
