General Overview

Its a luxury building. It has an amazing view of Manhattan., Empire state , Chrysler building and ect. You can enjoy it either sitting in the apartment or in the balcony with a glass of wine! It's location is great. Only 10min to Manhattan. Our apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom open living room together with kitchen. Windows are from the floor to the ceiling. Huge terrace which is rear in these buildings. Also we have a washer and dryer in the apartment.

The Space

Bedroom can sleep two people queen size bed. Living room has a queen size pull up couch. Also, have single blow up bed. Terrace has nice furniture to lay down and umbrella, table. Also, since we have a 4 year old will be some toys outside and small table inside and a toy box .

Neighbourhood

A beautiful park right next door. Roosevelt island walkable distance and tram to get to the city is convenient, lots of greenery which is rear in Manhattan. Also we are on the water.

Laguardia and JFK for international flights really quick takes 30min off peak hours.

We are a family of three. Our son Dimitrios is 4 years old. He is a very happy todler. My husband and I both enterprenours. We love to travel. We based in NYC but we spend summers in Europe.
