General overview
Beautiful, bright two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a large patio and a beautiful green space. It's like having a park for your backyard where you can put your toes in the grass and taking the sunshine! Close to downtown and two minute walk from the number seven bus. An hour from Canmore and the Rocky Mountains. It's an awesome place to be!
The space
The master bedroom has an en suite. Both bathrooms have a full tub . The guest bedroom/office has a Murphy bed with a double mattress, living space during the day for yoga or at home workout, as the sunshine pours into the room. The living room is bright and sunny with my new firm couch, television with cable and the house has Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet, new kitchen island is awesome for cooking and gathering. The patio is quite large and it's a lot of sun. It looks out onto beautiful green grass, trees and flowery bushes. It's quite serene and wonderful place to meditate, journal. It's also a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal, cup of tea or a cocktail.

Pubs, restaurants, cafés, swimming pool, parks, and a beautiful park along the river I lovely spot to walk, run or bike,, a library, grocery stores, pharmacies, a Pilates studio, gym, yoga studios, physiotherapy, chiropractor, and liquor stores.
Getting to my home
If you're flying to Calgary international airport, your home away from home is about a 35 minute car ride away. Very close to downtown Calgary, 17th Avenue within walking distance.
