General overview
Our home is situated on the end of a road surrounded by amazing scenery, incredible skies in the day and night, quiet and peaceful.
Edit. We are all booked up now for 2023. We would still consider an exchange at Christmas 2023 / January 2024. Otherwise unfortunately we are all committed until 2024.
Currently looking for a ski exchange for Dec 2024 / Jan 2025 if you are keen to swap a northern winter for a southern hemisphere summer.

This is our permanent family home, as such it will be left with all our bits and pieces around - feel free to use as if they were your own. We have boys aged 12 and 10 who are happy to share their toys. We live in Queenstown, which is arguably the tourist capital of New Zealand. Our home was completed in 2016 and it is fully equipped for your use. A children's playground and tennis courts are just across the field, and the Jacks Point clubhouse is a short walk away - a great place for lunch or early dinner, and fantastic coffee. Queenstown centre is a 20 min car or bus journey away, with the local’s hub of Frankton with the airport and shops only 5 mins away. We could negotiate a car exchange too if required.
Any time of the year it is a gorgeous place to visit - in winter we are at the foot of the Remarkables ski area, and the hot tub is a great place to finish the day. In the summer there are hiking trails and biking trails which link to town and the rest of the basin straight from our door. And you can walk a 5 min track to Lake Wakatipu to swim in the lake.
