General overview
3 things to emphasize about the house:
Our house is perfect for kids. Two playrooms and more toys in the dining room and living room. Outside you will find a 100 m2 sandbox with a swing and climbing frame. Furthermore we also have a big trampoline. Within few minutes Wall you will find 2 playgrounds and soccer fields. About 800 meters you will find the beach and marina.
The house is completely new with all amenities and is a perfect base to explore Denmark if you want to see something else than Copenhagen. E.g. you can reach Legoland within 1 hour as well as 3 ZOOs, several castles.
We have an electrical cargo bike to take the kids around in Middelfart and surroundings - the best way to see roe deer, Hinsgavl Castle, the old city centre, beach, forest etc.
The space
You will enter either our utility room or hallway. From here you find 3 rooms - 1) a play room for kids with a Ikea sofabed 2*80cm with proper madrasses. 2) A bedroom with a double bed 140cm and 3) Our office room, which is packed and not usable. This part of the house also have access to one of the bathrooms with toilet and shower.
At the end of the hallway you will enter our kitchen-dinning area with a high ceiling and high windows. From here you are able to access terraces on both side of the house for maximum utilization of sun. Here you also find access to one more play room for kids, which also have a crib. It is also where you enter our main bedroom with a large bed 180cm and separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Lastly a big opening to our living room - currently occupied by a climbing frame as well as sofas and our TV, which is connected to apple TV for you to access any streaming service you might have.
Guest access
As mentioned in the description, we are currently using our office room for storage, however, you still have 4 rooms available plus the kitchen/dinning room and the living room.
Notes
You should always leave the house as you found it, however, for cleaning you can decide to do it yourself or pay our cleaner 750 DKK to do it for you. The choice is yours.
We are also open for potentially using our car.

To the south, visitors can take a scenic drive along the coast to the picturesque town of Ribe, which is one of the oldest in Denmark and is home to many well-preserved historic buildings and churches. Nearest airport
BLL Billund airport is the nearest, however, from here you would probably need a car. CPH Copenhagen is 2-2½ hours away both with train or car. You can also use HAM Hamburg airport, where car rental might be cheaper too. It will take you around 3 hours.

We are a Danish couple with Elva on 2 years, Luka on 4 years, Stinnne is a Midwife and Anders is a Banker. We just moved from busy Copenhagen to peaceful Middelfart to be closer to the kids' grandparents. We have built a new house and would love to share this place with you.
