General overview
Typical Parisian apartment redone by architect, very bright, quiet, warm. A large loft-like space with a contemporary design. It is located in the heart of the right bank, between Place de la République and rue Oberkampf, a very dynamic, lively and cosmopolitan district, a two-minute walk from the Saint Martin canal and ten minutes from the Marais.
The space
The apartment includes a large loft-type living room, living room and dining room, a bedroom for a couple (open to the living room) and a children's bedroom (with a raised bed, an additional mattress can be installed on the floor), a independent kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilets.
Ideal apartment for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 children.
Guest access
Our apartment is on the second floor of a Parisian building.
There is no elevator.
Notes
We have an adorable cat who will need food and a minimum of room service.
Our neighbors take care of it if necessary in our absence but it is preferable that our guests like cats.

Neighbourhood
My neighborhood is located in the heart of the right bank, in the 11th arrondissement, between Place de la République and Rue Oberkampf, a very dynamic, lively and cosmopolitan neighborhood, two minutes walk from the Saint Martin canal, the Richard Lenoir market and ten minutes from the Marais.
You will enjoy the many terraces along the quays, the bars and the many restaurants in the area.
We live behind the Place de la République, next to the Saint Martin canal and five minutes from the marsh.
You will not miss bars, restaurants or theaters in the neighborhood.
A market is held on Tuesday and Friday on Boulevard Richard Lenoir. A little further, towards Bastille, another market is held on Thursdays and Sundays.
Two very commercial streets not far (and many small supermarkets around).
Five metro lines within a three-minute walk of the apartment will make it easier for you to get around the city.
Getting to my home
Walking routes from the center and east of Paris.
Three metro stops three minutes from the apartment which concentrate 5 metro lines.
I am a cyclist and travel throughout the city and its outskirts by bike. Bike lanes allow you to travel through Paris in complete safety.
Nearest airport
Orly and Charles de Gaulle.
Getting around
From here, you will be quickly on foot along the Saint Martin canal (2 min) or in the marsh (barely 10 min). A little further, the district of Belleville / Ménilmontant or the Bastille (15 min).
For the rest, 5 metro lines will bring you closer to all the sites of interest, nothing is far!
