General Overview

This is a red brick Victorian home, very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, two living rooms, a gorgeous sun/dining room and a large garden.

The Space

lots of space, high ceilings, newly painted, two working fire-places. The house is bathed in light: front of the house is east facing so receives all the morning light, while the back of the house (garden) has evening sun until late in the evening during the summer. The sunroom enjoys light and warmth all day long. The master bedroom is very large, as is the second bedroom. The final room is smaller, but very cheerful and light, with an ensuite. In the garden there is space to dine outside, a BBQ, trampoline as well as badminton and swing-ball.

Neighbourhood

This is close to the city centre (half hour walk), and right next to Rathgar village (5 mins walk or less) which has excellent shops, cafes, restaurants. It is also close to several parks. The neighbourhood is lovely, with period houses and squares.
