General overview
Our home has three bedrooms set around a covered outdoor courtyard which has a BBQ. It has a bathroom, an ensuite and two living areas. Best of all, it is around 150 metres from a quiet beach, perfect for winter walking and summer water activities. Enchanting coastal tracks run for several kilometres North and South.
The space
The house has two heat pumps to keep it cosy in cool weather. The front and back yards are well set up as outdoor living spaces.

The house is all one level for easy access.

Neighbourhood
Lauderdale is a friendly beachside suburb with two gourmet grocers, a pub and several cafes and restaurants. It has a butcher and two bottle shops and two petrol stations.
Getting to my home
Lauderdale is in south-eastern Tasmania about half an hour from central Hobart. Tasmania is serviced by a car ferry from the mainland.
Nearest airport
We are about 20 minutes from Hobart's airport which widely connected to the rest of Australia as well as directly to Auckland, New Zealand.
Getting around
You can comfortably look after yourself without leaving Lauderdale or using a car. There are intermittent buses to Hobart but a car is required to explore the rest of Tasmania and the local area.
