General Overview

My home is behind a gated entrance, making it much quieter and safer than this quiet and safe neighbourhood already is. The building is well cared for, the neighbours are mostly families and quiet. It is a two-bedroom with a couch that converts to a queen-sized bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a projector to watch TV on the wall at the foot of the bed, measures 90 inches. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom is a child's room with a bunkbed and a large, comfortable chair under the bed. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The balcony has a BBQ and two big chairs for watching the sunset or lounging. There's always plants on the balcony that attract cute hummingbirds, and large trees that attract larger local birds in front of the building. We have birdfeeders that you're free to fill and watch our birdy friends for us while we're gone! Oh, ya, the fireplace works but not in the summer. This place is only available in the summer. My partner is a teacher and I'm 100% remote.

Matthew

We are a couple in our 40s with one 14-year-old dorky kid. My partner and I have lived all over the world* and currently reside in Vancouver, Canada.
