Quiet , safe area.. Close to the city center.. .. retiro park, museums etc, Many restaurants supermarkets close by.. excellent connection to everywhere by metro or bus.. I work in tourism.. so I could give you a few ideas.. I travel a lot for work so could have my place available for globes.
