General Overview

Light filled, easy care home in a quiet neighbourhood but close to all amenities. We have access to 5 golf courses within 25 mins of our home. There is a lovely public swimming pool in the next town - open during warmer months. https://www.visitsouthernhighlands.com.au/ For cricket fans the Bradman Centre is worth a visit. https://www.bradman.com.au/

One level home with small step from garage to hallway and a small step from driveway to front landing.

Notes

Our home is in a great location for visiting Sydney (1hr) and Canberra (2 hrs) as well as the NSW south coast (1 hr) and the Blue Mountains (less than 2 hrs). There are some lovely wineries all within 20 mins of our home as well as great waterfalls and walking tracks. The area boasts a number of historic villages worth exploring.

Road and rail are the only ways to get to our home.

Kingsford Smith Airport, Mascot, Sydney is the closest airport and is about 1 hour and 10 minutes by car. There are trains to the airport as well which take about 2 hours.
